A seasoned professional with a background in hospitality management from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, complemented by a Master in Marketing and Economics. My educational journey also led me to group facilitation, outdoor guiding, and experiential outdoor education.
Over the last 25+ years, I have led teams in companies, as agency owner, and as project leader. Having worked in a variety of team roles at all levels from medium to large projects, mainly driving change and transformation initiatives, but also delivering global leadership meetings and events with high performing multicultural teams, has rounded out my leadership and team skills.
By nature, I am extremely curious, a passionate explorer and an unreasonable host. My strengths are my broad experience across industries, cultures, functions and levels, as well as my general knowledge and ability to connect the dots and get things done.
